Terms of service

The rules for using Gravity — the website, the application and the Chrome extension — and for the subscription.

1. Who we are, and what you accept

Gravity is published by Benchr Services SRL, Chaussée de Bruxelles 102/B, 1410 Waterloo, Belgium, enterprise number 1009.638.950, VAT BE 1009.638.950 (“Benchr”, “we”). By creating an account or using Gravity you accept these terms. Gravity is a professional tool, intended for companies and professionals.

2. The service

Gravity gives access to data about ecommerce brands: estimated traffic and rankings, social audiences, the creators who tag a brand, Meta ads, products, company information and investors. This data is gathered and structured from publicly available sources and from third-party signals. It consists of estimates and indicators, provided for information: it is not audited, not guaranteed accurate or complete, and not investment, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for the decisions you take with it.

3. Your account

You need an account to use the application and the extension. Give accurate information, keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. One account is for one person; teams share lists through the product’s own features. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

4. The free plan

The free plan lets you search the index, open brand profiles, keep a watchlist and lists, and use the Chrome extension for up to 50 brands a day, with the data described on the pricing section of this site. Invite someone who creates an account and the full data is unlocked for 30 days; each new invitee who joins extends it. We may adjust what the free plan includes.

5. The subscription

  • Price: €100 per month, excluding VAT. VAT is added where applicable; EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism.
  • Billing: monthly, in advance, by card through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel.
  • Invoices are issued for every payment and available in your account.
  • If a payment fails, we tell you and may suspend subscriber features until it is settled.
  • Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from the next renewal.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month: you keep subscriber access until then, and nothing more is charged. Periods already started are not refunded.

7. Fair use

Gravity is made for people reading and working with the data, not for machines copying it. Daily quotas apply in the extension (50 brands a day on the free plan, 1,000 for subscribers) and rate limits apply to the application. You may export tables to CSV for your own, internal use. You may not scrape, crawl or extract the data automatically, resell or redistribute it, publish substantial parts of it, build a competing dataset from it, circumvent quotas or share an account outside the product’s team features. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

8. Intellectual property

The Gravity index, the application, the extension, their design and code belong to Benchr. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them under these terms. Your lists and the content you create stay yours. Brand names and logos shown in Gravity belong to their owners.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep Gravity available and the data fresh, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service: maintenance, updates and events outside our control happen. Support is by email at admin@benchr.co.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Benchr is not liable for indirect losses — lost profit, lost business, decisions taken on the basis of the data — and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after notice when possible. On closure, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site or by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect.

13. Law and courts

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably is brought before the courts of Walloon Brabant (Nivelles), Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory rules that would give a consumer another forum.
